If you are in the Northern part of the US, you know that an arctic freeze has hit the area. Yesterday, it was 7 degrees Fahrenheit (that’s -14 to those of you who know Celsius) where I live. Illysia, a lot of them are sold out on Zappos in my size … I am thinking of the Kamik New York boots, in black of course. Do you happen to know if they can lace up for skinny calves? They are also supposed to run rather small … if I take a 7.5 in closed shoes (and often 7 in sandals), do you think an 8 would do the trick? I am liking their nice treads. I have the Nike Sneakerboot, kind of similar but shorter, but am less than confident about the traction of the soles. Happy New Year btw!
Oh no!!! I tried to choose pairs that had all the sizes in stock, but maybe they only had one pair in that size? So sorry! The Kamik NewYork (I don’t know why New York is one word in the name of the boot!) does lace up for skinny calves. I would try the 8 if they are supposed to run small. I find the reviews are pretty accurate. Happy New Year Judy!
